CIVILCONSULT Consulting Engineers (Pty) Ltd was appointed as Consulting Engineers for the Rezoning of Portion 360 (a Portion of Portion 359) of the Farm De Kroon 444-JQ to N4 Industrial Park. And the Design and Construction Supervision for the Installation of Civil- and Electrical Engineering Services.

N4 Industrial Park is located just outside the Town of Brits, North West Province, and is conveniently located close to National Route N4 (Bakwena Highway), with direct access from Provincial Road R511. N4 Industrial Park consists of 57 Erven of which 43 are zoned Industrial.
