Westlake Country and Safari Estate is situated at the foot of the majestic Magaliesberg Mountains in the valley adjacent to the south western banks of the Hartbeespoort Dam.
Civilconsult was appointed for the Design and Construction Supervision of Civil and Structural Engineering Services for Erf 290 Westlake. The project consisted of a 530m² dwelling house overlooking the beautiful grass plains in the estate.
The scope of work entailed the following :
- Construction of a 1500m³ soil mattress for the foundation of the structure
- Reinforced concrete foundations and surface bed slabs.
- Pre-cast roof slabs with steel beams and columns
